2. In-House Inspections: Our team of highly skilled inspectors, each extensively trained over a year by seasoned QC professionals, conducts thorough in-house checks.

3. Independent Laboratory Testing: Based on customer requests, we collaborate with accredited independent laboratories to perform specialized inspections, adding an extra layer of quality assurance.

4. Production Phase Monitoring:

   • Stage-wise Inspections: During production, we implement strict checks at each manufacturing stage to promptly identify and address any deviations.
   • Random Sampling: We conduct random checks throughout the production process to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards.

6. Post-Packaging Quality Assurance: After packaging, products are randomly selected for additional quality assurance checks, focusing on product integrity, printing accuracy, and packaging quality.
